David Ishay is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Ishay Group, a leading real estate development firm based out of New York City. Mr. Ishay has been actively involved in construction and development for decades and has experience in real estate across multiple asset classes and investment strategies. He has led the development, construction and management of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Ishay has developed, and in some cases self performed, a wide array of development projects including that of ground up construction, conversions, rehabilitations, extensions and additions. He has earned a strong reputation for his creativity and entrepreneurial abilities and has forged deep and equitable partnership relationships with many significant real estate organizations and financial institutions.

Eddie Ishay is responsible for leading the acquisition, development, and capital raising functions across the development portfolio. He has a strong focus on the underwriting and acquisitions of all projects in The Ishay Group's pipeline and therefore leads the firm's investment and transaction strategy. Eddie has taken an active role on leading the company's latest development projects from commencement through their construction phase. Prior to joining the Ishay Group, Eddie worked on Ackman Ziff’s Debt Capital & Equity Placement team in New York. He started his career at Macquarie Bank's Capital Markets Group. Eddie holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from NYU's Schack Insitute of Real Estate and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Management from NYU's Stern School of Business.
